Charge 2 failing to record data

My new charge 2 which I've only had for 6 days is recording steps but from yesterday afternoon  has stopped recording sleep, exerrcise,  heart rate, time to move etc. Never had probs with my old one. Would appreciate a swift response.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your data. Do you mean that none of this information is showing on the tracker itself or is it missing from your account? If it is missing from your account could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing there? Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. Also when was the last time your tracker synced with your account?
