I seemingly did successfully complete the update on my Charge 2 today.......... I say that after multiple attempts in that I got the message "Done" which to me indicates completion........ Fitbit seems to be working fine........however.............every time that I initiate the Fitbit App on my phone I see/get the message "charge 2 Update Available" on my app display........ I can ignore the msg however as indicated above I did get indication of update having completed.............
Please review/address.

Let me help you with your firmware update. You can try restarting your device to see which firmware it has installed. If everything is up to date then log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
