Hello @anita69 It's nice to see you again participating in our Community Forums! Let me help you out with your concern.

 

If you haven't already done so, please check our help article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.  Occasionally a firmware update will start and stop or otherwise fail, however, you can follow the steps from the article previously mentioned to rectify this uncommon situation. Also, please try this procedure with another supported mobile device.
