Hello! I have just unboxed my charge 2, left it over night pluget in, but no charging and no life in it. I've tried reseting it with no luck. Also when I securely attached to the charging cable there is no vibration. Please help! Thanks!

I will gladly assist you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and sorry for the late reply. Also thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Lets discard the power source as the issue by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter.
