My charger 2 screen got frozen for a couple of days ago. Frozen on the time 05:30. I have tried several times to reset it. But it does not respond. I had hoped the battery would run out sone and try if that could help. But my patients seem to run out faster. How can I fix this issue?

Run out of battery and now I can't even recharge it. Could recharge it before and under the time the screen was frozen. Now its completely dead
