My phone stopped receiving text message notifications which I use all the time since I,work in a school I can’t have phone ringer on and use text messaging all day to communicate with others in school. I have done every step recommended but nothing works. Can I use add a new device and deleTe this one and readd it? That would be the only thing I have not tried. Thanks

 

as i said I have done all steps to fix this that have been recommended on this site it says to contact support if all of these did not work. So here I am 😀

 

btw it is a charge 2
