I have put my fitbit charge 2 band for charge and now I am seeing a crack in the middle of the screen. I have not dropped my band or it got hit somewhere hard.Can any one help resolve this issue?

I'm sorry to know that the screen of your Charge 2 device is cracked, certainly this is not the way we want you to use your Fitbit.
