Help. I was in the shower for 2 minutes accidentally with my fitbit charge2 on, and it now is not responding and the green lights are not flashing.
Does anybody know the best way to handle this? To let it dry out?
Should I try charging/restarting or should I just leave it alone for a while?
TIA

Put it into a sealed bag with dry rice for 24 hours. The rice will draw out any moisture. Only then try charging it and (if necessary) restarting it. In the meantime keep your fingers crossed!

That worked and I'm up and running. Thanks again!

I was working in the yard and got water on it it’s now been four days it’s finally holding a charge but I still do not have the green light flashing or my heart rate isn’t registering. What should I do or am I screwed?

I'll bet it will recover if you leave it in a bag or plastic container of some kind with dry rice for 24-48 hours, especially if it's holding a charge. Good luck!
