I have had my charge 2 for over a year with no problems! Last week my BP stopped working I have no flashing green led light on the back of my Fitbit.
I have reset the watch a few times and switched the auto BP on and off and re sync.
Nothing works think it might be broken all other aspects of it are still working.

I am having the same issue. One green LED no longer works, but the other one works fine. All other functions are also working properly. I'd appreciate it if you could post any possible remedies the Support Team provides.
Thank you.

@DonVitoBraciole It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your heart rate sensor. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again.
Keep me posted.

I tried all the things listed below and my green led's still do not flash. It does not show my heart rate as well. Any other ideas?
