Charge 2, green light broken and flashing slowly

My screen has recently been exposed to water and has bubbled/condensation inside the screen and the green light at the back has been flashing a lot slower, about a flash per second which is more unusual, can I do anything what does this mean

Let me help you with this. The Charge 2 isn't designed to be submerged in water (can't swim or bathe with it). Still I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
