Charge 2 green light won’t turn off and drains battery in 10 mins

My Fitbit charge 2 green light is shining really brightly and won’t turn off. It drains the battery in 10 mins. I’ve reset it, set heart tracking to Auto and performed latest upgrade. Please help!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for restarting your device. Since the issue persist the best option is letting our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the Team to find a solution.

Thank you very much for replying to me. I spoke to support who have kindly
offered to replace my Fitbit Charge 2, or a 50% discount on the next
/upgraded model. I am happy.
