So I found my charge 2 and wanted to start using it again, luckily after I charged it for a while it turned on, and I was able to re-sync it to my phone. I was then changing the display settings when all of a sudden the screen wouldn’t turn on. It couldn’t have been dead, as I had charged it for a good hour, even the green lights weren’t showing.
Things I have tried:
Attaching the charger & holding the button in order to reset it
Removed the charge 2 from my phone, and tired to re-sync, but as screen wasn’t turning on, I was unable to re-sync it to my device.
It was working flawlessly until it just randomly stopped working. Even on the app it told me the battery was full, so I can rule out that it just simply died.
