Charge 2 has developed lines across the screen

I can see time, steps etc but white vertical lines have appeared behind it

Hi there, @Suzymonty. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 2.

 

Please restart your Charge 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@Suzymonty  @HGets_It   In my experience, these lines indicate a screen failure.  I don't think any troubleshooting will help you.  Sorry.
