Charge 2 has developed lines on the screen

I have multiple vertical flashing lines on the screen

Ive tried a restart and the Fitbit vibrates but screen just goes blank.

any ideas please?

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you, but I cannot find the way to change the clock face. I have gone through the manual and ion page 25 it just points you back to the manual.

Your suggested way of doing it does not work for me because pressing “Today” just brings up today’s stats - no profile picture tab etc

@GCHIP As long as your Charge 2 is syncing, this process can be done through the Fitbit app. To do so, please try the following:

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Gallery Clocks tab.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want > Install.

Hi,

 

This seems to be a very well documented issue with the Charge 2. I've had mine since June 2018 and the amount of problems I've had in the last couple of months is unbelievable. Everything about the Fitbit experience is going completely downhill, and as of last night, my Charge 2 developed the same well documented issue as the op's. What are my options regarding the Charge 2?IMG_20230314_093941.jpg
