Hi there, @GCHIP. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 2 before reaching out. |
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi,
This seems to be a very well documented issue with the Charge 2. I've had mine since June 2018 and the amount of problems I've had in the last couple of months is unbelievable. Everything about the Fitbit experience is going completely downhill, and as of last night, my Charge 2 developed the same well documented issue as the op's. What are my options regarding the Charge 2?
