Charge 2 has now synced my hike today, and when i tried everything including uninstalling the app

Charge 2, sick to death of non syncing, having to uninstall the app, reinstall, then it now ony syncs to start of this month, no maps in exercise, was there earlier but no steps. Now only this month steps, no maps, wheel constantly trying to sync. Just about every week a problem. It is rubbish. But any advice anyhow?

Ok @JeanClo  let's take a deep breath. 

I an having problems following your post.

After removing the Fitbit app, and installing fresh,  did you log into your account or create a new one.

I see no mention of what it is you tried,  did you by any chance remove the Charge 2 from your Fitbit app and Fitbit account?

I also do not see any mention of which phone/ computer that is used to sync so im unsure of how to give advice.

Perhaps your title was meant to be 'has not synced' instead of "has now synced" - big difference.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Sorry, not enough info. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled, signed in etc. It is now at the stage it has synced some walks I have done, others are constantly trying to sync with the wheels turning which won't stop. I am using an android phone, which has been working well with the app until recently.  I also don't know if 30th April is a significant date, because before that not even my steps show, though they do on the full website. Because it is constantly looking for data for the walks not synced, it is runni g both my fitbit battery and phone battery down, unless I Force Stop the app. So some Steps show, to 30/4/19, some walks maps show, first few, the rest I have the sync wheel going and they won't appear no matter how long I wait. Charge 2 if not mentioned.  Thank you
