Charge 2 has stopped smart tracking my morning ride to work

I’ve had my Charge 2 for over a year, this week it has stopped smart tracking my 13min bike ride to work as exercise minutes but does track the same ride in reverse on my way home. The app is updated and set to track outdoor rides of 10mins.

Let me help you with your bike exercise recording and thank you for checking the settings for this. The device senses the movement on your arms to detect the activity but also if you stop then it may interrupt the recording. Make sure your Charge 2 is detecting movement while riding your bike in the morning and, if possible, avoid stopping for too long. Still you can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account or use the activity mode on the device itself.
