Charge 2 has stopped tracking my steps

Hi all -

 

I have two fitbits: an Ionic and a Charge 2.  I wear the Charge 2 throughout the day and use the Ionic for running.  My Charge 2 has started acting really weird.  It will sync with the Ionic, but will not track my steps.  I will reset it, which works for a short period of time, and then it stops tracking my steps.  Anyone know how to deal with this?

Hey @nkasniun, welcome to the Fitbit forums! In order for me to better assist you, I'd like to ask you a couple of questions. First of all, can you please tell me, is it on the Charge 2 itself where you can't see your steps tracked? Or is it on the Fitbit app after you sync, that no steps appear at all? Are you also also trying to sync both at the same time? 

 

In the meantime, I want to thank you for restarting your Charge 2 to try to fix this.
