Charge 2 has wiped all data, current challenges and friends

Firstly on Friday morning I noticed the Fitbit didn’t record my sleep data.  I then charged my iPhone on Friday evening and when it was charged I went to check my Fitbit stats for the day and everything had been wiped.  I tried signing in, that didn’t help.  Deleted the App and turned the phone off and then restarted the phone downloaded the app and logged in.  Still no challenges or friends and I can’t find my previous friends to add them back in. Lost all information since I was given this Fitbit as a gift at Christmas - really disappointing.

Thanks for replying, @NewtownJ! If you have more than one e-mail address, please try to log in with each of them, and once you are logged in, if you see at the very top right corner, the icon of your Charge 2, this is the account your tracker is paired with.

Hey @NewtownJ, welcome aboard! Sounds a bit odd that your Charge 2 deleted all of your data all of the sudden. By any chance, do you have another Fitbit account, and your Charge 2 is not paired to that one? Maybe your Charge 2 is set to another account, so when you log in to the account without a Fitbit paired, of course you'll see no data at all, but calories burn. I'd like you to review if you have different Fitbit accounts and make sure on which one is your tracker paired.

How do you check for a second account?? From what I can see I only have one account and it is showing my original joint date - 27 Dec 2018 and the original details that were entered. My photo has disappeared and all data, challenges etc. from that account.
How do I check what my Fitbit is paired with?
