Every time I don't wearthe fit bit, it registers an extremely high heart rate. This is pretty annoying and of course booms any statistics on my exercise time, calories etc. Why can this happen?
Anyway the heart rate sensor has never worked properly in my view.
Thank you

@Strllfernndez Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your tracker is detecting heart rate when not being worn. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. Also turn off the heart rate sensor, save and sync then turn it to auto and save and sync again. Finally check these suggestions to improve the heart rate reading.
Let me know how it goes!
