Over the last two weeks my resting heart rate has increased for. 57 to 74. There will be times when I’m laying in bed watching Netflix and my heart rate will register at 80 or higher. I’m unsure of what’s going on but this hardly seems accurate. When I brush my teeth it will say my heart rate is 120. Brushing my teeth hardly seems like a workout.
Is there a way to fix this?

@JennyEvol, a warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your increasing heart rate readings. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
