Charge 2 heart rate missing from account

Charge 2 is showing what my heart rate is but when I try and look at the data is says there isnt any. How do I resolve this please?

Let me help you with this. Is your tracker syncing? Where are you seeing this data (app or website)? Could you share a screenshot? Make sure that your tracker is syncing and also restart it.
