My heart monitor hasn’t been working for a while. On the back of the watch where the sensor is, there seems to be an air gap in the sensor between the chip and the glass?
Am I able to fix this or should I just get a new one?

Let me help you with your heart rate sensor not working. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
