Hi
my rate monitor is not displaying. I have been through live chat ,worked for a bit now stopped again. Gone through all of the troubleshooting to no avail. There is only one green light flashing. Heart monitor only works when I press my finger tips on the sensors.any help would be great. Can I purchase the taker only as I recently bought some straps

Let me help you wiht your Charge 2 heart rate not working and thank you for reaching out to our Support team for further assistance. Since the issue persist after trying their suggestions then please update your case with them to inform them about this. They will work with you to find a solution. Also if you purchase a device from the Fitbit store, you can't only purchase the device, you will need to buy the entire package.
