Charge 2 heart rate not working since Wednesday

Despite taking all the steps advises by fitbit including restarting the device,   my heart rate on the charge 2 has stopped working.  Help please.. I do not plan to upgrade.

 

 If I can’t get it working again I will be changing to Apple as I am fed up of being forced into upgrades.

@Waterbambi It's great to see you in the Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 heart rate sensor not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
