When I look at my heart rate for exercise today, it's entirely "fat burn", which I know is wrong. When I look at it in more detail, in one place the heart rate is recorded as being for only 2 minutes out of 30+ minutes exercise but in another place it's recorded for the full time and having the expected highs and lows. I suppose it doesn't really matter but it's irritating. Does anyone know what's going on?
I've got a picture but I don't have permission to upload images. Edited to Add: you can see the photo in my profile albums.
I was a member here some time back but after a gap in my fitbit usage it lost all my data and I had to restart. I was previously in here as fairyhedgehog (with only one g at the end)
It's all a bit disorganised and disappointing.

@fairyhedgehogg I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your heart rate readings. You can actually upload pictures if you use a web browser on your computer (like Firefox or Chrome) and click the camera icon when typing your reply. How are you recording your activities (using the activity option on your tracker or through the app)? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also restart your tracker and make sure your Fitbit app is up to date.
Let me know how it goes.
