Add me to the list. Updated firmware, Heart rate does not work and the lights are full on and draining the battery. Tried all the suggested solutions and no luck. Thanks again FitBit.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Charge 2 heart rate sensors not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You didn't mention which troubleshoots you have tried so I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks. Tried all those steps. Same results.
The latest firmware caused this issue. Is there a way to roll back to previous version ?
