My Fitbit charge 2 seems to be drunk. It worked fine for the first few months but now I am almost never in cardio mode and my heart rate is always low. I can run and it will never get higher than say 110bmp while doing it BUT I have an O2 and BMP stats monitor from the hospital specialist team that I can wear at the same time and it will often show my BMP is 140-160 (and I definitely feel like my heart is pumping) when I am physically exerting myself but my Fitbit will still show at the same time a low reading. I have tried moving the Fitbit up and down my arm, cleaning the sensors with a cotton swab, changing wrists, resetting it. Nothing seems to have worked. Is this something fitbit purposefully do so you have to buy the latest version? I’ve been a Fitbit user since the Fitbit one but I seriously starting to rethink my choice in fitness tracker.
