Charge 2 heart rate sensors not working

Since one day there are no more green lights on the back of the charge 2. And the tracker does not track the heartrate

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix the issue, I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
