Hi.. Suddenly after years of working fine, within 24 hours of each other I have two problems. First the heart rate monitor stopped, no flashing lights even, now it drops charge from 100 percent to very low rapidly, within hours. I tried resetting, no change. I tried the fitbit site... No use, most help facilities seem to be offline. Please help if you can, the reliability of the heart monitor was my main reason for this, after a heart operation it helped me feel more calm knowing I had it!
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes I contacted support. They have told me to buy a new one with 35 percent off. This seems to exclude the charge, the one I want to replace which is rather frustrating.

Well they seem to have stopped responding to me anyway: I was going to order a charge 4 with the discount, but it was not showing in the online shop as discounted. They told me that it actually was included so i checked again , it was not discounting. No further answer from them. Should I have to wait at least a day and usually a few days to get a response? I do not think so. I am going to check out alternative fitness devices, which is a shame.
