Since going through airport scanner 13th of last month, heart rate has not worked. Also top line of pixels are missing from screen and only basic sleep info is recorded. I've reset Fitbit numerous times without success. The green lights on back of device no longer illuminate like they did before. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks

Let me help you with your Charge 2 heart rate and thank you for restarting your device. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. The restart should also help with the display issues.
