I haven't used my Charge 2 in six months. I've charged it, it seems to track my steps fine, notifications are on, etc, but I can's figure out how to change the date and time. I am not very tech savy and probably old enough to be at least a grandmother to most of you, but would appreciate help. Incidentally, my info on the app does say I have not checked in since October (correct).

@Dogbeau Thanks for joining us! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you updating your Charge 2 time and date. You will need to sync your tracker in order to connect it to the app and transfer your data and update the time and date. As you noticed the app shows that you haven't synced since October so the tracker may think it is still in this date. It is important to note that when you sync your current data will be assigned to the date your tracker has. You can follow these instructions to sync your device.
Let me know how it goes.
