My charge 2 has worked well for quite a while. Until the last several days that is. 3 days ago it stopped giving me my heart rate, two days ago it stopped giving me the time and then the screen went totally dark. However, it was still counting my steps and I could see that on my phone. Today I've only got one of the green lights on, it's not counting my steps and it's vibrating on and off in a nonsensical fashion. I've reset it several times both while it was charging and while it was not charging all to no avail. Help!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist please let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so please work with the team to find a solution.
