Charge 2 inaccurate GPS stats

I use two apps while on my runs, just to compare it there are any major differences. Tonight I’m glad I did, because my fitbit app omitted a large chunk of distance and time of my route. Therefore skewing my results and impacting my fitness score. Is there anyway to edit this or find out why there was such a discrepancy while my other app calculated this route properly?

@CBGirl23 It's good that the community is growing!

Let me help you with your GPS data missing part of your activity. Not sure why this happened but I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
