heartrate monitor gave no indication I was having a heart problem . Ambos who came to me registered my heartrate at180 , watch showed 60 . Doing regular BP readings for example machine which is top of the range model showed HR as 93 watch showed 66. Prior to this after being to the gym the exercise tracker would show a HR 10 to 15 beats higher than the readout for heart rate . It is now very important to me that I have an accurate heart monitor & I don't feel fitbit is the answer.

@grabar381 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not reading your heart rate correctly. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
