Did you mean:

Charge 2 is close to worthless

My Charge 2 does not track my biking time. After 2 phone calls and 1 hour on the phone, customer service tells me today it's a software issue that they're working on but they can't tell me when it will be fixed. That's unacceptable. I would never buy another fitbit. Tracking activity is what it's supposed to DO!

Did you use the exercise app, telling it you were going to bicycle, and telling it when you started and stopped?

Different opinions, but not auto-recognizing a bike ride does not make it worthless in my opinion.  But I suppose it would if that were absolutely the only function I cared about.

Yes, I did exactly as you said. Due to the software problem it doesn’t track cycling distance.

So it's biking distance, not time as your first post said, that is the problem.

Are you using connected-GPS linked to your phone?

It fails to track distance, as my post says. (It does track cycling time.) That’s the software glitch apparently. And yes, it’s linked to my iPhone (gps).
