Hi, My charge 2 device suddenly stopped charging , I tried removing dust and after reading all post I tried all other options, still it's not charging.

 

I even tried changing charging cord but still it not charging.

 

 

It's completely dead, even green light is not coming.

Pls help

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You don't mention which specific instructions you followed besides removing the dust and changing the charging cable so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.
