My charge 2 is double counting miles but not steps. This didn't happen before I added the MobileTracker but then deleted it. Did I really delete it? How can I tell? When I added it, I wore my charge 2 and had my phone while power walking. I noticed the miles looked very strange but my steps were right on. So I decided then to delete the MobileTracker... so I thought. Now ever time I go for a for 3 mile walk, my activity shows double in miles but not steps. Can anyone help? Should I delete the app and start over?

@lecountem It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 doubling your distance. When you remove a tracker including the MobileTrack you won't see it listed on the app, just click the top left button to see the devices linked to your account. Regarding the distance calculation I would like to explain that your device uses the number of steps and stride length to calculate the distance. You can improve the accuracy by measuring and logging your stride length. Feel free to use these instructions to do this.
By the way deleting your app won't delete your data as this is stored on the Fitbit servers but please try the suggestions and see how the distance shows. Also make sure you aren't manually logging any activities on your account.
Let me know how it goes.
