Hey, I got a fitbit charge 2 about 2 years ago on Christmas and it suddenly stopped responding to touch it responds to the button on the side being pressed and I cannot get a new one because its 2 years old, But back on topic it wont respond to touch and is frozen on time screen I can feel buzzes I have let it die and charge but it wont die i tried for about 2 weeks I'm charging it fully right now to try to get it to work but no luck yet please help me asap

1. Try a restart 3 times.

I have the same problem. I have attempted to restart the device several times only to have it vibrate and display the time. Additionally my phone cannot connect to the device via bluetooth, when connected to the charger the battery status is not displayed, and I cannot for the life of me determine what has happened. I have attached a photo of the device for your review. Again despite the tapping I perform on the screen, the pressing of the button on the side, be it in the charger or not, the device only displays the time. This is the device after 2 hours of charging and restarting.

Here is an update. I have done nothing more to the device however it no longer displays the time. Now it only displays snow. After days of charging the display only shows snow
