My Fitbit Charge 2 is not showing calls and messages notifications. It's connected and notifications are enabled.
I am putting notification ON in the app but when I am logging in again its showing notifications are off.
What could be the possible solution?

@puzza Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Notifications aren't working. This seems an issue with the phone or app as the settings aren't being saved there. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!

My Charge 2 has just started not showing the notifications. I’ve tried goin. Through settings on my iPhone, settings in the app, pressing the button (which normally worked), etc. if I press/hold the button on my Fitbit, it just says “notifications off”. It will not turn back on.

Hey Alvaro!
Thanks for the details. I checked everything again. Currently I am using Mi A1.
After checking everything I found out that Bluetooth is trying to pair the Charge 2. But the bluetooth is showing that can't communicate to the Charge 2 and When I am enabling it in Add a trusted Device t's showing Can't add device.
Is it because of the phone or anything we can do about it.
