Charge 2 is not recording steps

For some reason my charge 2 has stopped counting my steps for a few days now.

 

Any help out there would be gratefully appreciated x

@traceymamacita Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the steps tracking issue that your Charge 2 has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your tracker is being worn properly and see if it tracks your steps during the next days.
