I’ve recently started to use my older charge 2 again. ! Trying to kickstart my exercise routine. I find that even though I activate the workout button on my charge and click finish at the end the session doesn’t show on the app? This is disappointing. Plus it keeps missing off sleep activity. Please can anybody help. I’ve restarted the charge. I’ve rebooted my phone. Neither helps. Thank you

Hi @Janus115 The exercise logging problem is a known issue with the Charge 2 and the Fitbit app. It started about six months ago. Fitbit is aware of the problem. A moderator commented on the issue, saying it is a Fitbit app issue. There is nothing you can do with your Charge 2, except wait on a fix. I don't have an answer or any suggestion for your sleep tracking issue. Please keep in mind that the Charge 2 is a legacy device and legacy devices don't always work as smoothly as when they were new.
You wrote that you want to kickstart your exercise routine. Fitbit introduced the Daily Readiness Score, a free feature that gives you a snapshot of your recovery status based on your heart rate variability, recent sleep, and resting heart rate. Newer models also offer Cardio load and training load, another free feature that can help with training and recovery.
