My Charge 2 isn't showing text messages.

@tswill27 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the text notifications issue that your Charge 2 has experienced, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article.

 

After this, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if it receives text messages properly.
