My Charge 2 has not given sleep details since Sept 27.
Before that, it was Sept 21, 20, 18, 15.
Nothing before that all the way back to Sept 5.
In fact the last time it worked well was Jun 21, 2018.
Since then it will work for a week or so and then fail for a week or so.
NOTHING CHANGES on my end. I have good heart rate data, good exercise data, etc.
Wear the device on my wrist at the same place with same notch on the band, sleep the same way.
SOMETHING is very broken about this system.
Also, today it will not sync - it first says looking for device - I have seen this several times lately, this it says "fitbit.com is down for maintennance" or it just doesn't reset. Sometimes it won't refresh for hours.
Has FITBIT made changes that will not support the Charge 2 anymore to force you to upgrade to Charge 3 ???
BTW, I have an ANDROID not an iPhone as the site says there is a problem with iPhones.
It is a great phone - LG V20 - and is current on its updates (just checked) - Android 8.0.0 - which it has not had any updates in quite a while - No 1, 2018.

I came here looking for similar info. My Fitbit never syncs automatically anymore, I have to manually do it, but 75% of the time it won't sync, says it can't find it, says wrong #s compared to my Fitbit display, etc. My daughter has the charge 2 and is having the same problems magically. We both also have androids with current Fitbit apps. Is the charge 2 being programmed out of usefulness?

Well, here I am 12 hours later. Still no sync at all.
I am at 20 steps for the day ... from when I got up at 4am to relieve myself.
It has not communicated since then.
So it appears that either they have been down ALL DAY or they have changed the web site to no longer synch with my Charge2. The Charge2 seems to be working fine by itself - heart rate and everything - but with no sync to my phone - I will have no record except at few checks in the day, no trends, no totals, no sleep patterns (which has been broken awhile).
Should have never trusted them after the first 2 Charge fitbits failed at just past one year.
