Charge 2 is not syncing and I´m not able to restart

Hello dear support team,

 

I have a problem with my tracker, unfortunately it does not sync anymore and also I cannot restart it either, even though it is fully charged.

 

Could you please help me out?

In order to sync your tracker again please check help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? How did you notice that your device is not restarting?

Charge 2 not syncing and on US time (Im in Australia)  An update was offered. I now have a fit bit that was first stuck on a tick then on a battery charge pic. It wont respond to holding the button down and the green lights are gone.  Help please!
