Charge 2 is not tracking active minutes everyday for the same activity.

Why is it that sometimes when I walk the same amount daily my active minutes are not counted?  The last 2 days I walked the same route and yesterday I earned active minutes while today I did not.  The same thing happened to me last week where I walked 4 days in a row and only 3 of the 4 showed active minutes.  Do I need to start syncing it to track my path when I start walking?  And the weirdest thing about today is that it was showing active minutes then it got deleted.

Hello, @littlefeet1979, welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the active zon minutes tracked by your Charge 2.

Just for you to know, you earn Active Zone Minutes for time spent in the fat burn, cardio, or peak heart-rate zones. To help you maximize your time, you earn 2 Active Zone Minutes for each minute you’re in the cardio or peak zones. So this is not regarding the distance, per se, but the intensity let's say...

You can check more about this here if needed.
