The heartbeat shows two dashes --. I have tried multiple things suggested on the forums. The reason I got it is to monitor heart rate. Is there any solution or replacement available?

@myraft Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel in regards to the heart rate tracking issue that your Charge 2 has experienced.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Charge 2 and see if it tracks heart rate readings.

@JuanJoFitbit - thank you responding. I have gone thru all the diagnostic steps that are listed in the forum. I have even replaced the old band with additional band that came with the new package. Non of these have restarted the heart beat display. All it shows is the two dashes.
Please let me know if there is a way to resolve this. I got it from Costco and I think they have pretty good return policy.
