My wife and I have had intermittent problems with the sleep data being updated. This usually occurs when we wake up, check the sleep data and then go back to sleep. When we wake up a few hours later, the dash board and sleep screen do not refresh with the new end sleep times. I often have to manually edit the sleep log for the sleep data to be re-analyzed. Is there any way to fix this?

@Andy-A00 It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your sleep logs not showing on your account. You do mention that your initial sleep is correctly logged by your tracker so this is something to have into consideration. At what time do you usually wake up? If it is after midnight and your sleep has already been recorded then the "nap" or the second part of your sleep will show as part of the next day's sleep. I suggest you don't edit your sleep log and just wait for the next day to see if your second sleep log shows on your account.
