Charge 2 is showing yesterday's data

Have synced both in the hope that this would sort it but no.

Anyone got any ideas please.

Hey @Mintymints, it is awesome to see new faces around! Did you try to sync both your Charge 2 and your Android phone? If so, but the issue persists, I'd like you to try something else, 'cause normally this happens when your Charge 2 doesn't reset itself at midnight. 

 

- Make sure that you have the correct timezone settings on the Fitbit app

- Restart your Charge 2

- Log out/log in to the Fitbit account

- Force sync your Charge 2

Hi 

 

Sorry to jump on this post, but I have noticed this today. I have done everything you have asked to be done in the previous message but it is still not showing yesterdays data and I did over 15k steps.

Hope you can help.
