Charge 2 is stuck on "www.fitbit.com/setup"

I'm so bummed as this is a brand new Charge 2 that I had in my drawer. I love my first Charge 2 and it finally died 😞 I really wanted this one to work but it won't update even after syncing with app. It just stays stuck on the setup screen.

Thank you so much for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts.

If you can't update your Charge 2, make sure your tracker is charged and then try these steps:

  1. Turn your tracker off and on again using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your phone, and retry the update.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account on a different device, and retry the update.
  4. You can try to follow the instructions from this article too: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

If you still have trouble, please try to contact Customer Support.
